FISH CORTBOUILLON (NEW ORLEANS)
BAHAN :
160 gram salmon
1 sdm salad oil
25 gram union chopped
1 pcs tomat chopped
ΒΌ sdm tomat paste
35 ml red wine
Garam dan merica secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT FISH CORTBOUILLON (NEW ORLEANS) :
1. Rendam salmon dengan red wine,lalu goreng hingga matang.
2. Goreng onion sampai layu, kemudian masukkan tomato paste, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan red wine, kemudian ikan, angkat lalu hidangkan
